Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Laguna National Golf Resort Club, over 380 participants attended our Charity Golf, combining a day of fun-filled golf with a night of philanthropy. Their participation certainly contributed towards improving the lives of our residents in need!
This year, Club-100 @ North West celebrates 15 years of giving. The Club-100 @ North West Charity Golf serves as a key fundraising platform to raise contributions for community programmes that benefit the needy. With the support of generous donors, the Charity Golf surpassed its target of $300,000, raising more than $500,000 in donations.
We caught up with participant, Mr Ong Han Cheong, to hear about his day at the event.
I've always enjoyed golf as a sport and being a part of the organising committee for 15 years, makes it more meaningful. It is not everyday that you get to combine your love for golf with the opportunity to make a positive impact to the lives of residents in need.
Our golfers have participated for many years and we look forward to playing golf together each year. This event is like a mini reunion for us!
Club-100 is like our second family. Every year, we gather for fundraising events and supporting this noble cause has always been a highlight for me.
One of the best parts of the day is the dinner that follows the golf event. It’s the perfect way to cap off a fantastic day. We get to relax, share stories and sit down to a delicious meal.
I encourage others to participate in our next Charity Golf! You can enjoy the day and join us to support a good cause. Make a positive impact while enjoying a fun game of golf 👍.
