Confidence isn't just about standing tall – it's about feeling ready to take on new challenges. And that's what makes the North West Student Wise Enrichment Programme (SWEP) so special.
SWEP has helped students from less-privileged backgrounds grow their self-confidence and master important social and life skills. Through workshops on public speaking, financial literacy, social etiquette and active learning, students learn practical tools they can use daily. SWEP equips students for life beyond academics and helps to boost their social mobility.

SWEP provides less-privileged students with equal opportunities to excel and develop their individual talents through a series of workshops to develop skills in listening and communications, social etiquette, and public speaking.
North West CDC works closely with schools located within the North West District to identify students from less-privileged backgrounds to attend this series of workshops which complement the school curriculum. They also attend motivational workshops to build confidence and improve their interpersonal skills in social settings.
