On 10 July 2013, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between five local trade associations, SPRING Singapore and the People’s Association to establish Small and Medium-sized enterprise (SME) Centres within the five Community Development Councils (CDCs). 

The SME Centre @ North West is your go-to resource for free business advices, helping SMEs located in the North West District develop core business capabilities and navigate growth opportunities. 

The webinars are free to attend and cover a wide range of relevant topics including Government grants and programmes, digital transformations and human capital development.
