Mental Wellness @ North West is back and we’re bringing good vibes to Northpoint City, South Atrium from 3 to 4 October 2026!

This October, take charge of your mental wellness in the digital age. Learn how to navigate online spaces with confidence, and find your balance in our hyper-connected world. Drop by our interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, partner booths, and visit our Kindness Wall to leave an encouraging message for a stranger. Who knows, you might just brighten someone's day.
